Saku-chan wears a long red dress and a brown belt. She also wears a black under shirt and long black socks. On the right side of her dress she guards a knife and in the left hand she wields a large and bigger knife. She has two horns with black stripes and two purple fire wings. Her shoes are black and have pink laces.

She is envious of happy couples after dealing with her own heartbreak.

Appearance[]
Saku-chan clothes are ripped and have purple marks resembling blood. Her wings and hearts are now dark blue. Her scleras are black and her pupils are purplish.
Saku-chan appeared in the ~Special edition of the "Youmajin ~Darkness of the Fusion Watch~" Event that lasted from December 1st, 2022, to December 15th, 2022. There's a chance of befriend her in an impossible stage, giving more Y-points to the player. She can be easily befriended doing the next requeriments:
Befriend Jaju Noroino Hanako, do a score of 175,000 or higher on Jaju Noroino Hanako stage in the fourth map and do a score of 260,000 or higher on Jaju Saya stage on the fourth map.
Clear Jaju Noroino Hanako stage on the fourth map.
Jushi Saku-chan appeared in the "Youmajin ~ Different Dimension Decisive Battle! Birth of the Youma Choujin～" Event that lasted from August 1st, 2023 to August 16th, 2023. There was a chance of befriend her in the limited Crank-a-kai, dealing more damage in Kanzentai Shion punitto shot boards. Additionally she gives the damage and defense bonus and nullifying the fever gauge drain in Jushi Nandakinryuu stage in the fourth map.
