Biology[]
Sei Yuki-onna resembles Frostina. She is wearing a red long sleeved dress with white fluffy hems and a stripe down her front with a matching hood and cape. Her hood has small white, fluffy round ears on the top with yellow fabric at the centre with a matching bow under her chin. She has knee-high brown boots with a white fluffy trim around the top.

Sei Yuki-onna first appeared in the Holy Night Yokai Christmas Party 2018 event that ran from December 3rd 2018 to December 26th 2018. She could be freed from the Enchanting Christmas Yokai Gacha.
She reappeared in the Holy Night Yokai Christmas Party 2019 event and the Gift of Holy Night Yokai Gacha that ran from December 16th 2019 to December 26th 2019.
She could also be found in the wild in Hakodate, Hokkaido; Karuizawa town, Nagano prefecture; Toyohashi city, Aichi prefecture; Nagasaki city, Nagasaki prefecture and Amakusa city, Kumamoto prefecture.
