Seirei Banbarayar (Japanese: 聖霊バンバラヤー Seirei Banbarayā) is a Rank S, Rare Yo-kai of the Charming tribe.
In Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, it is a Rank SSS Yo-kai.

Biology[]
Seirei Banbarayar is a small, bipedal Yo-kai.
It has no visible neck, two long arms that reach to the ground, and two much shorter, stubby legs. Most of its body is white in color, though the lower half is light blue, with the colors being separated by a pattern that resembles flames.
It has three eyes which have dark blue scleras and light blue irises, and are covered by a light yellow, mask-like marking, which forms the shape of eyelashes above it's middle eye. The inside of its mouth is also light yellow.
Seirei Banbarayar is an incarnation of Banbarayar that was only born recently.

Yo-kai Watch Busters 2[]
After beating the main story, Seirei Banbarayar can rarely be befriended after beating the Banbarayar Arc 3 (Japanese: バンバラヤー編③ Banbarayā Hen ③) dungeon.
While the chance is rare, if successful, Seirei Banbarayar will be born and then befriended after the boss Majin Banbarayar is defeated in that dungeon.
If not, the dungeon is locked and needs to be unlocked again by one of multiple randomly selected conditions, before another attempt can be made.
