"Ryuuta and Kokuryuu fuse together, and with Hakuryuu's will for his life they becomes the ultimate dragon that transcends the laws of the world. He is the being that governs the creation and end of the world, and brings great light to the Star Dragon World."
Seiryuu appeared in the "Half-Demon Dragon Slayer 2 ~ Final Chapter Second Part ～" Event that lasted from October 17, 2024, to October 31, 2024. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Half-Demon Dragon Slayer 2 Gasha, giving a damage and defense bonus on Hachishin Shisoryuu impossible stage located in the Back: Palace of the Light Dragon (Japanese: 裏・光龍の宮殿,Ura Kō Ryū no Kyūden) map.
He can acquire his second skill by acquiring the book Dragon's Secret Technique Book: Seiryuu, only after defeat Hachishin Shisoryuu at least 5 times.
