Shakey (Japanese: てのひらがえし Tenohira-gaeshi) is a Rank E, Lightning-attribute Yo-kai of the Eerie tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3.
According to his Yo-kai Keystone, he is classified as the Uwanosora tribe.

Biology[]
Shakey is a glove-shaped creature with two short legs ending in red boots. His front side (palm) is yellow-colored, with the papilary crests colored orange; sports a grinning face. His back side is green-colored, and sports a more gentle visage.
Anyone inspirited by Shakey will express their opinions, but then quickly changes their mind about it.

Yo-kai Watch 3[]
Shakey can be found in long grass in East Pine.
He is automatically obtained in the first level of Blasters T, the Suspicious Room during the befriending tutorial. He can be found in the Suspicious room outside the tutorial as well.
Alternatively, Shakey can be freed from the Crank-a-kai with a Purple Coin.
Yo-kai Watch Busters 2[]
Shakey can be found as an enemy in the Torenja Ruins, and Misuterya Temple.

Shakey debuts in episode 3. He is defeated by Manjimutt in his Onechanside "Inhibition Form".
He is later summoned by Nate in episode 4 to defeat Supoor Hero and Whisper.
Etymology[]
- His name is a play on words of "flipping a hand"(てのひらがえし) and "changing one's attitude."(手のひらを返す)
- His Spanish name, Ambivalencio derives from "Ambivalencia" (Ambivalence), a word that describes the mood in which two opposite emotions or feelings coexist.
- "Shakey" comes from "hand shake" and "shakey".
- "Cambiaman" is a portmanteau of "cambiamento" ("change" or "shift") and "mano" ("hand").
- "Wackelhandidat" is a portmanteau of "wackel" ("to waggle" or "to wobble") and "Hand" ("hand").
- "Maindécis" is a portmanteau of "main" ("hand") and "indécis" ("undecided").

- Shakey does not have a real life medal counterpart.
