Shellebrity resembles a coral and white-colored fish with prehensile fins and short thin legs. He sports a swirly cream-colored conch with orange stripes and a fuchsia colored scarf. He also sports jean-shorts.

Etymology[]
- Kaigyo is a wordplay on kaigyo (海魚, "saltwater fish") and an argot way of saying gyōkai (業界, "industry"). It could also derive from kaigyo (怪魚, "mysterious, strange fish").
- Shellebrity is a portmanteau of shell and celebrity.
- Borjamar combines "Borja" (name for show off people) and "Mar" (Sea).
