His appearance is similar to that of Komasan. However, he is much larger in size, much taller than normal buildings, his eyes are completely yellow, his fur is entirely grey, the insides of his ears and stomach are a darker grey, and the swirl in the center of his stomach and his tail are red.
Shin Komasan is one of two Yo-kai in the score attack shop to be made for Wibble Wobble that's not a befriendable boss form. the other being Shin Jibanyan.
Shin Komasan is the only score attack shop big boss to release nonbefirendable but became befirendable later on.
