Shōju Genbu wears a blue and white samurai armor with a blue and yellow haori-like overcoat and his kneepads are light blue colored. His hair is a purplish brown with light blue ends. His eyes' irises are yellow and his sclera is dark blue. On his left arm and hovering on the right side is a white snake.

Kaishō Genbu clothes remains to be the same except some minor details change, like the sun on his sash is changed by a skull detail. His snake is green instead of white. His hair is whithe instead of light purple. He is surrounded by a purple smoke aura.

Shōju Genbu appeared in the ""Youmajin ~ Nampa Master's Youmajin Invasion ~"" Event that lasted from June 1st, 2022, to June 15th, 2022. There was a chance that he can be befriended in the event limited Crank-a-kai, dealing more damage against Jaju Tabigappa slingshots. Additionally he has the damage and defense bonus against Kenshin Amaterasu stage in the second map.
