Biology[]

Shovulcan appears to be a small humanoid inside of a blue spacesuit with a transparent, glass helmet. His suit has a yellow wisp on it, and he carries a single shovel in his gloved hands. His gloves are white. His arms appear to be similar to a tube, such as one you would find in a robotic object, and the same applies to his legs. He has big eyes, and they are cyan. Parts of his body are grey and black.

Relationships[]

Indiana Jaws[]

Indiana Jaws is one of Shovulcan's close friends. They watch adventure films together and "Air Adventure" which is when they imagine going on actual adventures.

Profile[]

Yo-kai Watch 3[]

Shovulcan appears in the 4.0 version of the game.

Sgt. Burly hires Shovulcan to assist the Blasters as they explore the new dungeon The Sky Garden (Japanese: 天空庭園ヌビロン Tenkū Teien Nubiron). Every day he will dig up a Clu Stone (Japanese: 遺跡ストーン Iseki sutōn), which will enable the player to face one of the Hidden Treasure Yo-kai (Japanese: 秘宝妖怪 Hihō Yōkai).

According to Whisper, he runs a shop called Shovulcan's Buried Bargains (Japanese: ホリホリホリ出し物の店 Horihorihoridashimono no Mise).

In order to befriend him, Fitwit, El Dorago, and Meopatra's dungeons must be cleared, which can all be accessed via the Sky Garden. (Befriending the bosses themselves isn't necessary.)

Yo-kai Watch Busters 2[]

Shovulcan once again aids the Busters. This time they explore Karakuri Island. Similair to his previous appearance, he will dig up Clu Stones daily. However, in addition to Clu Stones, he can rarely dig up items that can be used for Huedroid.

At one point, his close friend Indiana Jaws falls into a hole, which upsets him greatly. After the Busters help him get out, they all suspect Shovulcan for digging the hole. This lack of trust upsets Shovulcan greatly, and he leaves the Busters angrily, much to their shock. After spontaneously entering a dungeon alone, to which the Busters came to the rescue, Indiana Jaws apologized to Shovulcan and they forgave eachother. After that Shovulcan decides to help the Busters from the frontline as well.

Each time you complete the dungeon Mr. Sukoppu-hen (Japanese: Mr.スコップ編 Mr. Sukoppu-hen), you have a chance of befriending him.

He is required for the Indy and Young Fellows and Supporter Newcomers Yo-kai Circles.
