Skillskull (Japanese: リボーン Ribōn) is a Rank A, Earth-attribute Yo-kai of the Tough tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3.

Skillskull evolves from Nummskull starting at level 28.

In Yo-kai Watch 3, he is one of the Yo-kai required to unlock Asura.

Skillskull is a skeleton wearing a red and black striped shirt, white pants, and a blue handkerchief, the crack on his skull now has a purple horn-shaped flame and he wields a pair of unbeatable hammers.

Etymology[]

  • "Rebone" is a possible portmanteau of reborn and bone.
  • ”Skillskull” is a combination of skill and skull.
  • "Succeschio" is a combination of "Successo" (success) and "teschio" (skull).
  • "Calabilidoso" is a combination of "calavera" (skull) and "habilidoso" (skilled).

Trivia[]

  • Skillskull's "random" nicknames in Yo-kai Watch 3 are: Sullivan, Denis, Doc, and Marty.
  • In the manga, Skillskull tends to accidentally kill other Yo-kai by smacking them with his mallet, though by accident, as he's trying to make the Yo-kai be reborn with their flaws fixed.
  • In his Yo-kai Watch 3 Medallium entry, there is a typo (Nummskull is misspelled as "Numskull").
