He could be befriended after defeating his slingshots 9 times, giving more Y-points to the player. Additionally, he has the defense and damage bonus against the Tendou Ryuujin Tei impossible stage.
Sou Roshi Whis (Ryuui) appeared in the "Half-Demon Slayer Dragon Warrior ~Final Battle Ryuta Awakens~" Event that lasted from October 1, 2021, to October 15, 2021. He could be befriended after collecting at least 1 robe from each tribe that could be dropped in the event map or by stealing it, giving a boost in the attack from the event's Wib Wobs in the Kuroryuu impossible stage.
Sou Taichou Whis appeared in the "Half-Dragon Slayer Special Edition ~Yuu Fukuri and Shuu Orochi~" Event that lasted from February 15, 2023, to February 28, 2023.
