Springdale Business Tower (Japanese: さくらビジネスガーデン Sakura bijinesugāden) is an area that appears in the Yo-kai Watch series. It is the business tower that Aaron Adams, Jason Forester and Hinozall work at.

Springdale Business Tower is a work building with multiple floors.

Yo-kai Watch[]
In Chapter 6 of the story, this area is visited, where the player hands their father's missing documents that he forgot thanks to Wazzat.
The 13th floor can be accessed by talking to a businesswoman NPC in the exterior of the building. The first room is initially blocked off by a Rank A watch lock.
Yo-kai Watch 2[]
During the quest Retrace Dad's Steps, this area is visited again. There are also extra floors that may be visited during the night after placing Illoo on a Baffle Board outside the building that feature wild Yo-kai.

The 4th floor has four yellow chests, one in the north-west of the western room behind the Rank A Watch Lock, two in the central west and east of the eastern room and one in the east of the corridor. The 13th floor has five yellow chests, one at the western end of the corridor, two in the north-east and north-west corners of the western room behind the Rank S Watch Lock and two in the eastern room in the central north and central east.
Yo-kai Watch Blasters[]
The building is visited during the Hinozall boss fight, and is the setting for the main boss. The Hinozall Awoken boss fights take place in the same room, damaged from Hinozall Awoken's transformation.
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
This building plays a role during the Hailey quest Are You Up to the Job?!. When finding out Hailey cannot use the elevator, she must find another way around the building by using Mister Sandmeh as a Baffle Board, which will cause an emergency stairway to be opened, allowing access to the 4th, 7th and 13th floors. After making it to the 14th floor, Hinozall is fought in the same room as his Blasters fight.

- The 4th and 13th floors that have Yo-kai in them are known for being numbers of bad luck with 13 being unlucky in western cultures and 4 being unlucky in Japan as the kanji for 4 is similar to the one for death.
- The design of the building is based off Level-5's office in Fukuoka.
