Springdale Hot Springs (Japanese: さくらの湯 Sakuranoyu) is an area that appears in the Yo-kai Watch series. It is a public hot spring that is in Blossom Heights.

The Springdale Hot Springs as they appear in the original Yo-kai Watch.
In the original Yo-kai Watch, the Springdale Hot Springs are much smaller than later games. Only the male hot springs are accessible, and you are unable to go in the baths themselves after defeating Sproink. The female side is unaccessible. If you play as Nate, the hot springs woman will not allow him to go in since he's a boy. If you play as Katie, the hot springs lady says the female hot springs are being cleaned. In Yo-kai Watch 2, as well as Yo-kai Watch 3, the hot springs were renovated since the first game, and as such, is much bigger. The hot springs have an outdoor section with a rocky section, as well as a much bigger lobby. If you attempt to enter the female side as Nate or the male side as Katie or Hailey Anne, Whisper/Usapyon will stop you, even in Gates of Whimsy. In Yo-kai Watch Blasters and Yo-kai Watch 4++, the hot springs appear as a boss arena for Sproink & Hoggles.
The Springdale Hot Springs in the past.
In Yo-kai Watch 2, when the player goes to the past, the Springdale Hot Springs can be seen in Old Springdale. Like many past areas, the interior cannot be accessed. The exterior is identical to the exterior to the hot springs in the first game. In Yo-kai Watch Blasters, the past Hot Springs are where Hoggles is fought. The layout is similar to the present Hot Springs, with less modern textures.

Yo-kai Watch (manga)[]
In the main manga, the Springdale Hot Springs appear in CP011. Nate and Whisper go to the hot springs since their bathtub at home is backed up. Suddenly, all the people around them start telling Nate to get out of the hot tub, with one person even fainting from heat. The old men explain the water temprature gradually rises, meaning staying in too long is dangerous. Whisper tells Nate a Yo-kai is probably responsible, and he finds Sproink, who manually heated up the hot springs and then hopped in. He's astounded when he realises a human can see him, before realising he doesn't care. He confesses to being the one who heated up the got springs, to which Nate demands him to leave and summons Jibanyan. Unfortunately for him, he was at a beach party and falls in the hot springs, getting burned. The presence of an animal enrages Sproink (despite being a pig himself) and he breathes fire at Jibanyan. Jibanyan steps on a bar of soap, but slides with it because of his flippers. He directly headbutts Sproink in his crotch area, injuring both. Sproink retalliates by using soap to make the 3's entire bodies slippery. Charging to finish them off, he slips on soap. Jibanyan tries to climb on Whisper to his insistence, but slips too, causing them to start fighting, with Sproink taking the opportunity to burn both. Nate puts them out, and Jibanyan flaps his flippers to fly and deflect Sproink's own fire attack back at him. Defeated, he tells them he'll raise the temprature at a different place. Nate threatans him by saying they'll stop him again, and Sproink says he'll be waiting. Nate asks Sproink if he wants to be friends, to which he refuses and says their battle is only beginning and leaves. As the three try to get into the hot springs again, they get burned, since it's still hot.

Yo-kai Watch: Wakuwaku Nyanderful Days[]
Springdale Hot Springs appear in Wakuwaku Nyanderful Days in ND014. Katie, Jibanyan, Whisper, Komasan and Komajiro decide to go since they've remodeled recently, before they notice the smell of pork, and then Blazion struggling in hot water. The culprit for both turns out to be Sproink, who refuses to leave, despite the fact that his presence would close the hot springs down. He tells them that he will leave when he's satisfied, and demands they give him Amazing Milk. Katie gets a Droplette to give the milk to him. Sproink then suggests a word association game, with Katie only suggesting pork dishes. An enraged Sproink throws soap at them, which the group use similar to ice skates. Before he can use his Soultimate, Squealing Boil, he realises he has a stomachache and flees, swearing revenge. Whisper reveals that Droplette makes everything it touches mouldy and damp. As they are finally able to bathe in peace, Whisper wonders if Katie planned on Droplette making the milk mouldy.
