Springdale Trading - St. Peanutsburg is a building located in the west of Northbeech that appears in Yo-kai Watch 3. It's where Nate/Katie's dad works during the main story of Yo-kai Watch 3.

Springdale Trading is a large rectangular building that acts as an office space.

In the beginning of Yo-kai Watch 3, Nate and his family move to BBQ for Nate's dad's work. Aaron works in the building during the day. Nate is given a map with directions to the office early in the game.
In Katie's world, the player can find Katie's dad in the office instead.
