History

Yo-kai Watch

He is the focus of a request because of his homework and he gets tired of studying, so the player summons Roughraff to inspirit him and Roughraff makes him a "tough guy". He's shown to not be that threatening, trying to fight fish at Jungle Hunter and claiming that the most "rebellious" thing he can do is play arcade games. After the player gets Roughraff to stop, he claims to feel more energized.

Yo-kai Watch 2

He appears at the end of Casey's request, where they get into a heated discussion over the best member of Next HarMEOWny. afterwards, he and Casey can be found in the playground near Tranquility Apartments in Shopper's Row.

In the anime

He mostly appears as a non-speaking background character.

However in one notable appearance in Yo Kai Roughraff, Eddie inspirited by Roughraff to be a delinquent steals his glasses and draws on the lenses with a black marker to create faux shades. After Eddie is uninspirited at the end of the episode, he gives Stephen back his glasses, although they are still covered in marker.
