The Suspicious Room is the first dungeon in the Blasters T mode in Yo-kai Watch 3. It is first accessed by going into the back of Nate's house in BBQ as soon as the player's watch rank is D. Molar Petite will leave a trail that leads the player into the strange room starting the quest, "The Deep Underground Adventure." It is the only dungeon that has only one level.
Repeatedly clearing this dungeon will unlock other dungeons and cluvaliths, but where you go in the map is completely random. The level of the Yo-kai enemies will scale depending on the player's progression.
The design of the entrance is a reference to the 1990 supernatural drama show, Twin Peaks, with it paying homage to its iconic Red Room. Although there are differences between the two rooms, such as the addition of the red carpet and the replacement of the zig-zag flooring, both ultimately look similar and recognizable.
