A sugar-crazed old man hasn't shown up for his doctor appointment. He's probably out on the town and loopy. Find someone who saw the old man!

To the snack bar at night![]

The doctor and the receptionist said the old sugar fiend can be found near the snack bar at night. Find the old man in the evening!

Time for some Yo-kai help![]

The old man promised to go to his checkup, but we can't trust him. We need some Yo-kai assistance. Take Tengloom to the hospital!
