Take to the Sea! is the 66th Quest in Yo-kai Watch 2. The quest can be started by talking to the fisherman on the boat in front of Rusty's Mart in San Fantastico. The quest is recommended to be completed at around Level 18, according to the in-game quest tab. It can be unlocked at Watch Rank E.

Quest Plot

The player talks to the fisherman, who reveals he knows how to catch rarer fish by travelling out to sea. The player asks to join them, however is told that they need to prove themselves as an experienced fisher by catching 3 fish; a Rockfish, Mullet, and Squid. The fisherman then gives a hint as to where they might find said fish, however only explains once. If the player attempts to find where they spawn by talking to him after, he will not tell them. By acquiring the fish required, the player completes the quest and also gains access to fishing at sea - giving them access to better fish and also a Quest exclusive to Psychic Specters.

Rewards

By completing the quest, the player is granted 292 Experience Points, along with three items; 1 Dried Mackerel, 1 Yellowtail, and 1 Fresh Urchin. The player also gains access to fishing in the sea, allowing them to expand their fishing index.

Trivia & Tips

• The player can find some of the fish around the yellow bucket to the right of the boat shed in San Fansastico. The boat shed can be found to the right of the fisher boat.
