The Catwalk (Japanese: ネコの通り道 Neko no tōrimichi) is an area located behind the Everymart in Uptown Springdale. It is connected to the Springdale Underground Waterway, which is either behind a Rank BYW, Rank DYW2 or Rank CYW3 Watch Lock area.
Overview
The Catwalk is a winding back alley behind the Everymart. It features a long pathway that leads to a grassy section fenced off with a tall mesh fence that houses a washing line, flower pots and the sewer entrance. To the north is a short alley with garbage bags and bins.
In the games
Yo-kai Watch
The Catwalk plays a role in Yo-kai Watch, which involves trying to retrieve Jibanyan's Photo of Amy from Yo-kai Roughraff during Chapter 2 of the main story.
Yo-kai Watch 2
In Yo-kai Watch 2, a yellow chest is located west of the chain link fence with a purple chest at the center of the horizontal walkway.
Yo-kai Watch 3
In Yo-kai Watch 3, the area to the east is locked by a Rank C Watch Lock.
Up to three Yo-kai can appear in the whole area. Two in the center walkway with one past the green fence by the manhole entrance. A golden chest appears under a washing line in the eastern area with a purple chest appearing in the north, just west of the long thin area heading north. The player can investigate trash just east of the entrance to Logan's House directly from the entrance and halfway up the thin area. A pile of boxes can be investigated at the very north of this same area. A Baffle Board can be found in the eastern section with the manhole to the sewers in the far south-east.
As Hailey, the player can enter Logan's House with Nate only commenting on it and not entering.
The sewers from this area, named Neon Town, features numerous neon signs with a collectable item at the end of the room.
Yo-kai Watch 4
The Catwalk appears in Yo-kai Watch 4 but is not specifically named since it is directly linked to Uptown Springdale with no loading zone.
