The Secret Base is a Quest in Yo-kai Watch 2. The quest giver is Alex, who is located outside the entrance to the Springdale Underground Waterway in Breezy Hills and is recommended to be completed around Level 6.
Quest[]
Alex, Kenny and Eric tell the protagonist they're going to make a secret base as a part of their new Wildlife Club and that they've found a great place in the Underground Waterway. The protagonist follows them in, finding an extravagant room in the waterway. Alex suggests they get candy for the occasion. She wants a Chocobar, Eric wants 10 Cent Gum and Kenny wants Gooey Candy. The protagonist offers to buy the candy and Alex confirms they'll get five of each.
The protagonist hands the candy over but Eric muses that they might get thirsty. The others ask for Y-Cola, Milk and Soul Tea with Alex suggesting they get three each. The protagonist returns with the drinks but then Eric suggests they get things to read. Eric asks for Support Life #7, Alex wants Think Karate and Kenny wants Li'l Angel Heals. The protagonist returns with the books, the club happy. They then wonder what to do with their secret base next. Just then, a woman arrives, revealing that the base belongs to her. The club is upset as they thought it was unused but she doesn't mind and will let them stay. Her only condition is that she wants to join their club and she gives the protagonist a Gold Card Key.

During quest[]
- The secret base is a really nice room! I'm supposed to bring the club some snacks, though. Alex likes Chocobars, Eric likes 10c Gum, and Kenny likes Gooey Candy. I'll bring five of each!
- I brought the snacks to the secret base, but now they want drinks! Alex likes Milk, Eric likes Y-Cola, and Kenny likes Soul Tea. I'll try to remember all that... I need three of each!
- I brought the drinks to the hidden base, but NOW they want stuff to read! Alex wants Think Karate, Eric wants Support Life #7, and Kenny want Li'l Angel Heals. Hey, whatever floats his boat!
Quest complete[]
- Just after I brought the books to the secret base, we had a visit from a celebrity! It turned out to be her home away from home, but it's OK because she wants to join the Wildlife Club too!
Guidance[]
- Enter the waterway north of where the quest starts.
- Bring the club five Chocobars, five 10 Cent Gum and five Gooey Candy. All can be bought from the Candy Stop in Blossom Heights.
- Return to the secret base.
- Bring the club three Y-Cola, Milk and Soul Tea. The first and last can be found from vending machines and Milk can be found at Springdale Hot Springs in Blossom Heights.
- Return to the secret base.
- Bring the club one Think Karate, Support Life #7 and Li'l Angel Heals. All can be bought at Settle In Bookstore in Shopper's Row.
- Return to the secret base.
Trivia[]
- During this quest, even when playing as Katie, Whisper calls her an 'errand boy'. Possibly an oversight.
- This quest gives the player the Gold Key Card Key Item.
