The Thomas House is an area located in Breezy Hills Apartments, located in Breezy Hills. This is where Hailey Anne Thomas and her family live, along with Usapyon.

The Thomas House is a single floor apartment with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a joint kitchen and living room.

Yo-kai Watch 3[]
In Yo-kai Watch 3, this area works as the player's house when playing as Hailey. The player can switch Yo-kai with Usapyon, party Yo-kai with the Medallium, and check the Yo-kai Vacuum Cleaner once done in Hailey's room. They can also wash their hands and brush their teeth in the bathroom as well as play the Meal Minigame in the kitchen in the evening.
