Throne Wiper (Japanese: 紙かくし Kamikakushi) is a Rank B Yo-kai of the Mysterious tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3.

Throne Wiper loves all kinds of paper and goes to take any paper that fancies his interest. He has a particular fascination in toilet paper. His paper collection is precious to him and therefore refuses to share a single roll of paper with anyone.
Throne Wiper can hide any kind of paper out of sight.

Throne Wiper can be found in Downtown Springdale, the Delivery Bay, the Academy Shortcut, the Underground Parkway, Mt. Wildwood Summit and the 13th floor of the Springdale Business Tower at night.

Throne Wiper fell in love with Toiletta right after he was told to get out of the bathroom. He then used a whole roll of toilet paper to write a love letter to her. Unfortunately for the enamored Mysterious tribesman, that love letter was never witnessed by her eyes.

Etymology[]
- "Kamikakushi" is a wordplay on kamikakushi (Japanese: 神隠し "spirited away") and kami (Japanese: 紙 "paper"). It roughly translates as "paper hider", similar to Count Zapaway's Japanese name.
- "Noaipapel" is a corruption of the phrase "No hay papel" (There is no paper).
- "Igienio" is a combination of "igiene" (hygene) and "genio" (genie).

- He is the first Yo-kai to develop a crush on Toiletta in the anime, with the second being Rhumbastiltskin.
