He has an alternative Rank S named Tora S (Japanese: とら S, Tora Essu).

Tora

An orange beast with big and long hair, sharp teeth, and stripes around his arms. Tora has his eyes opened wide in a comical way.

Tora S is the same as Tora but with the angry expression and is surrounded by an orange aura

Ushio

Tora's bane of existence (and as much as he denies it, his best friend) is Ushio Aotsuki, the boy who freed him and wields the Beast Spear. Tora has vowed to haunt Ushio until he eats him.

Etymology

The name tora (Japanese: とら, tora) means tiger in Japanese.
