Tough (tribe)

The Tough tribe (Japanese: ゴーケツ族, Gōketsu-zoku, "Heroic tribe") is one of the eleven Yo-kai Tribes, with this tribe having its Yo-kai boast high defenses due to their dense bodies and stubborn spirit.

The Tough tribe's emblem is a fist in an orange background. When two or more Tough Yo-kai are adjacent to each other in battle, they will receive a Tough Unity defense bonus.

Like all of the originally introduced Yo-kai Tribes, the Tough tribe's chant is replaced with instrumentals, though this tribe's instrumentals is punctuated by a heavy usage of the whistle present at the end of the original.

Dark Yo-kai Watch

In the anime, and when playing with the toys, their chant is: (Japanese: 空っ穴、ガス欠金欠でもゴーケツー!, Karakketsu, gasu-ketsu kinketsu demo Gōketsū!, English: No Job, no Gas, no Cash but they're still Tough!) while being accompanied by dark suspenseful music.
