Tranquility Apartments (Japanese: あんのん団地, Annon danchi) are three apartment blocks located in Shopper's Row in the Yo-kai Watch games.

Overview

Inside an apartment

Tranquility Apartments consists of three three story apartment blocks in the south-west of Shopper's Row. The area also has a small playground and car park. Each apartment block is labelled as A, B or C respectively with the letter on the ground before the building. There are two types of doors in each apartment block. Ones that can be searched to find items or Yo-kai or ones that can be entered. These doors are sometimes locked with apartment keys that can be found elsewhere in the game. The names of the keys correspond to the building with the letter, the floor with the first numerical digit and the room number with the third numerical digit.

In Yo-kai Watch 3, a Mirapo and Eyepo are situated in the west of this area.

Inside room C-301, a non-hostile Ol' Fortune will give Crank-a-kai coins in exchange for rare bugs and fish.

Apartment A-102 has a mother and son arguing. It's shut at night. A-103 has an old woman who mentions her neighbours being lively. It's shut at night. A-202 has a high schooler who mentions the ceiling leaks but the apartment above has no water anywhere. It's shut at night. A-201 has a yellow chest. A-204 has a man who mentions making a secret base when he was younger in the unoccupied apartment B-304 and his a treasure in the closet. It's shut at night. A-302 is empty. There is a yellow chest on the far left of the third floor.

Apartment B-101 is empty. It's shut at night. B-102 has a young woman who describes hearing punching from the apartment next door but only at night. It's shut at night. B-202 has a yellow chest. B-204 has a non-hostile Nird. B-301 has a Baffle Board for Miradox, this board allows the player to travel to a very small area in Old Springdale. B-302 in the past has a young woman wondering is a man feels the same way she does. It is empty in the present. B-303 in the past has a young man considering confessing to the woman next door. The player can convince him to tell her how he feels. In the present it has the man and his family once he confesses to the woman. It's shut at night. B-304 in the past is empty.

Apartment C-102 is empty. C-104 has a non-hostile Misterr Typoo. C-201 has a non-hostile Jumbelina. C-203 has two men discussing a strange being in one of their apartments. It's shut at night. C-204 is empty. C-301 has a yellow chest. C-302 is empty. It's shut at night.

Once the Septuple Step has been played once, Mimikin appears in the car park and allows the player to replay the minigame any time on easy or hard difficulty. There is also a helicopter landing pad in this area.
