Treasure Pest (Japanese: オタカラもどき Otakaramodoki) is a Rank C Drain-attribute Yo-kai of the Eerie Tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3.

Treasure Pest appears as a Yo-kai with a black body with a treasure chest for his head. The chest's lock acts as his single eye and he always has his tongue sticking out.

Treasure Pest can be found in Blasters T in the Cluvian Keyhole ②, ③ and ④; the Tomb of King Clupharaon ①, ②, ③, ④ and ⑤, in the latter between floor 20 and 40; the Temple of Clusis ①, ③ and ④; the Statue of Clunubis ①, ②, ③ and ④ and the Cluphinx Spade Mouth ①. He can also be found as a Clu-T-Fact reward in the Cluvian Keyhole ②.

Yo-kai Watch Busters 2[]

Treasure Pest can be befriended as an enemy in many dungeons including Dromp's Labyrinth, the Funeral Labyrinth and the Whistle Labyrinth.

He can also be freed from the Crank-a-kai with a Narcis Coin.

He is required for the Team OroKyu Yo-kai Circle.

Etymology[]

  • "Otakaramodoki" literally translates to "fake treasure" or "pseudo-treasure".
  • Treasure Pest combines treasure chest and pest, reflecting how he can be seen as a pest when hunting for treasure in Blasters T.

Given his nature as trap pretending to be a chest, Treasure Pest appears to based on Mimics.
