Twirly Pie are little yellow baby chick Yo-kai that has swirls for pupils and some stars are circling around it, implying that it might be dizzy.
Twirly Pie make people bump their heads and get dizzy, every time someone bumps their head, the Twirly Pie will appear and get larger. Once it reaches maximum size (about ceiling height), the Twirly Pie will lay eggs for new Twirly Pies to live on its legacy.
"Twirly Pie" might be derived from "Swirly Eyes" a running gag used in cartoons to show a confused, blank, or dimited person. It could also be a reference to the cartoon character, "Tweety Pie" from the Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes, who is also a yellow bird.
"Sincopollo" combines "Síncope" (Fainting) and "Pollo" (Chicken).
"Piyopiyoko" is a portmanteau of the onomatopoeia piyopiyo (ピヨピヨ, "chirping or tweeting"), and chick(雛, Hiyoko).
"Stordo" is a combination of "stordito" (stunned) and "tordo" (thrush, a type of bird)
