In his Lightside form, Umataro is a humanoid horse with pink goo-like hair. He wears a white button-up t-shirt along with blue shorts and blue suspenders.
In his Shadowside form, Umazura is similar to his Lightside form, except his body is more muscular and his teeth are exposed. He also has glowing yellow eyes.
