In his Lightside form, Unchikuma looks almost identical to his previous incarnation from the past Yo-Kai Watch series, except he is more of a real bear instead of a teddy bear. He has a white belly and white paws and still wears the same professor outfit and cap. His goggles are purple and wields the same poo stick like in the original series.
In his Shadowside form, he becomes more hideous and beastly. His outfit is now shredded, his glasses are a bit smaller, he has a long pink tongue sticking out of his mouth, and his trivial poo is seen covering his body and hat, which resembles like a wizard hat.
