Deathies is Rank B, Drain Attribute Yo-kai of the Eerie Tribe. He also hails from the Tsukumono Tribe.
Biology[]
Deathies is a white skull Yo-kai with slightly darker nose and teeth. 2 hands resembling scythes come out of the sides. In M06, a human version of him, Si Tenshi (死天使) is a fair skinned person with a white attire, except for his black pants and socks with pink stripes. He can use the YSP watch to transform into Death Lord(魔王 Maou), a tall skeleton like Yo-kai in a cloak with 2 sharp scythes for hands. It is a Rank Z Yo-kai of the Eerie Tribe in Wibble Wobble, and a Rank s Yo-kai who hails from the Omamori tribe in Yo-Kai watch 4.
Personality[]
Deathies is a rather shy Yo-kai, but he likes to make friends. He tries to avoid using his reaper powers, or else he will scare his friends away. In the M06 universe, Si Tenshi is a rather kind and benevolent person, always helping out others, but is rather shy.His fighting skills are pretty bad, as he was defeated by Medusa in a single hit before transforming into Death Lord. As Death Lord, he is a cool, calm and collected character who likes to analyse his enemies movements so he never misses his scythe attacks. He always tries to protect people from danger.

Deathies is capable of absorbing life energy by touching any living organism with his scythes.
Death Lord can fly and is a reasonably good at parkour. His scythes can cut most solid objects in half, while his body resists physical damage.

Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble[]
Deathies is the 1st hidden stage during the polikai event #1:Skeletal Slingshot. To access his stage you need to finish stage 13(Oranyan x2) with Dazzabel's Soultimate Move. Deathies will have 340 hit points and 30 damage every 5 seconds. He gives both an attack and defence boost (Medium) on the map. Death Lord is the harder and rarer slingshot boss in this event. He starts off with 5000 HP, but every time he advances 1 level higher, he will have 150% more Hp. After defeating him 7 times, he can be redeemed in the shop. He has a Very High Attacks and Defence Bonus during the event against all stages. Soggythe (Shadowside) provides a large attack bonus to this Yo-kai while the lightside provides a medium attack bonus while the present form of Soggythe has a small attack bonus. The same 3 Yo-kai will also give the same amount of Defence bonus.
Yo-kai watch 4[]
Deathies can be found in Tsukumono based doors. Occasionally, they may drop Death Lord Soul Orbs. You must pay Konsaru 3 of the gold variants of both Yo-kai's Souls and 3000 yen to be their friend.

Origin[]
Deathies is based of the Grim reaper, a personified version of death.Death is frequently imagined as a personified force. In some mythologies, a character known as the Grim Reaper causes the victim's death by coming to collect that person's soul. Other beliefs hold that the Spectre of Death is only a psychopomp, serving to sever the last ties between the soul and the body, and to guide the deceased to the afterlife, without having any control over when or how the victim dies. Death is most often personified in male form, although in certain cultures Death is perceived as female (for instance, Marzanna in Slavic mythology, Dhumavati in Hinduism, or La Catrina in Mexico). Etymology[]
Deathies is a pun on death. Yoi Shinigami means (the) Good reaper, referencing his personality.
Si Tenshi literally means Death Angel, which again shows how kind-hearted Deathies is, in spite of his abilities.
Death Lord alludes to his appearance being based on the grim reaper. Maou/demon King also alludes to this.

- Deathies's attacking voice clip always says You are already dead (

- Deathies is the first Shinigami to be an actual Yo-kai.
- Death Lord is voiced in japan by Tetsuya Kakihara, while as Si tenshi he was voiced by Aoi Yuki (who voiced hailey) and Deathies, he was voiced by Daisuke Namikawa, who voices Rotom Pokedex.
