In the anime [ ]
Washogun makes his debut in EP050 where he leads an army of Brushido into Nate's house, having been drawn to his desire to clean the house so he can bargain for a bigger allowance from his parents. Having declared war on filth, Washogun leads the Brushido into making every room spotless. However, the Brushido's work is quickly undone by the presence of the Messyrai , filth-dedicated counterparts to the Brushido. Washogun determines that the Messyrai are being led by a tactical genius of filth, who turns out to be Jibanyan being a slob. Under Nate's order, Washogun and the Brushido meet the Messyrai in an unseen battle that ends with Jibanyan being thrown through the roof.
