Whisper (Japanese: ウィスパー Wisupā) is a Yo-kai and one of the main characters of the manga series.

Whisper is a marshmallow-like white ghost with a curved black mask-like mark connecting his eyes. He has blue lips. The upper lip vaguely resembles a mustache. The top of Whisper's head resembles a small swirled ice cream-shaped wisp.
Personality[]
Unlike the anime, Whisper actually tries to help Nate with his problems, he tends to be impulsive and emotional when dealing with personal issues like his performance. He rarely uses the Yokai pad and can tell Nate what Yokai they are dealing with, so it is shown that he's more intelligent than his anime counterpart.

He debuts in CP001 where he is freed by Nate from the Crank-a-kai, he gives Nate the Yo-kai Watch as a gift, then Nate explains what the Yo-kai are, after Jibanyan and Nate became friends Whisper explains to him to Nate how Yo-kai medals work and after he and Nate were hit by Jibanyan by accident he explains to Nate that by having Yo-kai friends to help him with his problems.
In CP002 he arrives at Nate's house where he explains to Nate the function of seeing the Yo-kai of the Yo-kai Watch. after Nate befriended Happierre and Dismarelda gets depressed because Nate summoned Dismarelda.
In CP003, CP004, CP005, CP006 and CP007, he is a support for Nate with the Yo-kai: Mochismo, Wazzat, Baku, Noko and Negatibuzz not doing much of help.
