Whisper Kongming (Japanese: ウィスパー孔明 Wisupaa Koumei) is a Drain attribute Yo-kai of the Slippery tribe, Introduced as Rank C in Sangokushi, he was promoted to A rank in Yo-kai Watch 3.

Whisper Kongming is an auto befriend in Chapter 2 of the main story.
Yo-kai Watch 3
In Sukiyaki version, Whisper Kongming along with Fuyunyan Sousou, and Kurooni Ryofu can be befriended in a daily battle in the Second floor of the Old mansion shed after interlocking with Yo-kai Sangokushi.

Origin
He is based on Zhuge Liang, an important historical figure in China's Three Kingdoms Period and Liu Bei's Chief Adviser, who Jibanyan Ryubi is based off.
