"Wilhelm was a master swordsman who was once known as the『Sword Demon.』In the fight against the White Whale, who was his wife's enemy and had been terrorizing the people for many years, he showed great strength."
Wilhelm is an elegant older gentlman, due to his age, he has long bountiful white hair which is perfectly combed back, suggesting his refinement. On his gentle old and wrinkled face, one can see a pair of beautiful sky blue eyes and a white beard.He's always seen wearing a primarily black butler's outfit which consists of a white shirt over which he wears a vest of also white colour. Over both the vest and the shirt, he's sporting a black, long-sleeved coat with some blue finishing touches around the edges. Matching the attire, his elegant pants are purely black. He can be seen sporting white gloves and an elegant yet normal black bow tie.

Wilhelm is a refined man with a highly gentle and humble demeanor. He is often a hot tempered person, primarily shown with problems that plague his family.

Wilhelm is extremely skilled with the sword and honed his extraordinary talent for swordsmanship to superhuman levels.

Chou Kakusei Wilhelm appeared in the "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu" Event that lasted from December 16, 2024, to December 31, 2024. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Re:Zero Collaboration Gasha, giving the damage and defense bonus and nullifies the damage ball drop on Chou Kakusei Puck boss stage located in the Decisive Battle: Re:Zero Collaboration (Japanese: 決戦・リゼロコラボ,Kessen Rizero Korabo) map. Additionally, he gives more damage in Chou Kakusei Felt ohajiki boards.
