Wobblenyan is a sky blue shining Cat Yo-kai with a wisp on top of its head. It has a lilac purple muzzle, rose pink inside the ears, and purple flames. Wobblenyan has a rose pink sphere shape placed on the chest.
Wobblenyan has the power to make people he inspirits become too invested in their smartphones. This is a reference to how he is based off of Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble.
In the Japanese version, he could only be obtained by entering in a code for the Wib Wob Key Item obtained from Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, after clearing missions to obtain the Yo-kai in the game. As of February 14, 2020, the missions are no longer available on new accounts, but they still can be cleared on existing accounts before the date.
He has been made much simpler to obtain in the international versions, as the item is required to be scanned via a QR code instead. He will appear in the Yopple HQ Cafeteria where he can be fought and befriended in the regular method.
