Wondernyan (Japanese: ワンダーニャン Wandānyan) is a Rank B Drain-attribute Rare Yo-kai of the Charming tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 2.
In Yo-kai Watch Blasters, he is one of the Yo-kai required to unlock Shogunyan.

Biology[]
Wondernyan resembles Jibanyan. Around his head is a dark gray-teal scarf held with a silver shield badge depicting a single flame. His white collar holds a sky blue sphere, which matches his tail flames. He wears a red band around its stomach with a yellow belt on top, holding a pouch on the right side, along with green pants, gray boots, and gray sleeves. He also carries a sword.

Wondernyan can be obtained after scanning a QR code at Piggleston Bank. After scanning, the player will receive the Wonderer's Bell. Wondernyan appears at the right side of Cicada Canyon in Mt. Middleton. Give Wondernyan chocobars for a chance to befriend him. Wondernyan is level 50 and can be fought and befriended once per day.
However, due to a bug in version 2.0 of Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls, Wondernyan can no longer be fought, even if the player possesses the Wonderer's Bell - he will appear but refuse to battle, claiming there is an authorization issue with the SD card. This issue is not present in Psychic Specters, where he can be fought as normal.
He is required for a Baffle Board in Old Springdale behind the school. He gives the player a random Crank-a-kai Coin once per real-life day.
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
Wondernyan can be found as a daily battle in Grumbler's Grotto after obtaining the diamond drill.
He can also be freed from the Crank-a-kai with an Excellent Coin.
Yo-kai Watch Blasters[]
Wondernyan can be freed from the Crank-a-kai with a VIP Coin, a Five-Star Coin, or a Special Coin.
Yo-kai Watch Busters 2[]
Wondernyan can be befriended by completing the Elda's Ark Yo-kai Circle which requires Kyubi, Jibanyan, Komasan, Slimamander and Hungramps.
