The YSP Club are left with only one left of the seven left to solve, the toilet-bound Hanako. When Mataro leaves to take a leek, he suddenly screams a cry for help where the gang quickly arrives and see Mataro stuck inside a vortex created from toilet water before he gets sucked inside.

Feeling it might be the work of Hanako, Jinpei, Sandayu, Mera and Fubuki all head through a forest during dusk to the abandoned school building where the toilet Hanako first disappeared resides. Their path in the way suddenly shapeshifts into the front of a castle, where Fubuki says that the castle was created because of Hanako-san's powers. A butler introduces the visitors to the place called Morashita La Damelia, which is Hanako's residence (and Sandayu and Fubuki cringe at the place's name).

Stating their business, the butler admits Mataro is at the castle as Hanako's "new friend" for eternity. The butler guides them into the castle, through the rollercoaster ride, where he explained the amusement park theme was built by Hanako's friends to have fun forever and never get bored. Various themes include future imaginings of toilets such as a mecha-robot transforming toilet, toilet drone and toilets that move at warp speed, all which amaze Jinpei. The ride finally reaches Morashita La Damelia, where Jinpei suddenly notices Mataro from above

As they are admire the castle's appearance, Ryusuke meets up with the others who says that a password is required to gain entry. Thinking the password is the same as the urban legend, Jinpei unknowingly blurts it out the password before Ryusuke corrects him by saying "Hanako-san, let's party time!".

The gang find themselves in the castle hallway, which is a recreation of the restroom when Hanako became an Onryo. The butler then explains Hanako's origins and her powers to make things disappear. When her friends gave up on her after a game of hide-and-seek, Hanako tried to leave the toilet stall where she was hiding until the door led her to a void caused by her ability to make the area outside disappear, turning her into the Onryo as of today. Since then, she has been looking for friends to play with in restrooms at various areas thus the foundation of the urban legend known today.

Hanako in present time appears before the gang where everyone (except Mera) are bedazzled by her style and fashion which were inspired by the changing modern interest throughout the years. The subject about Mataro is quickly dropped when everyone (except Fubuki) becomes distracted to dance with Hanako on the dance floor. But Mera's "lack of motivation" which Ryusuke points out suddenly spoils the atmosphere, where the duo's fighting starts upsetting Hanako, transforming her into a large Onryo from due to her uncontrollable powers. The YSP Club transform, but Hanako overwhelms them with her marionette-like abilities. Little Kommander (Sandayu) saves the day, using his minimizing powers to sneeze Hanako, freeing everyone from her control and turning the tables where Kengo Benimaru finishes her off.

As Hanako turns back to normal, Mataro appears in a suit explaining and has become Hanako's dedicated supervisor of her theme park. He learns that while Hanako's loneliness caused her to create more dimensional portals inside various restrooms, this inadvertently spread the urban legend leading to more children to try out the myth and gaining new friends. But at the same time, Hanako becomes more regretful of her actions which trapped them in her world forever as she is unable to reverse what happened and send the children back, thus striving to make her amusement park enjoyable for the time to come.

Then Fubuki suddenly gets an idea to combine her time powers with Hanako's dimension powers, so they can send the trapped people back to their respective times. Before they begin, Hanako deeply apologizes to the citizens for the trouble she caused, but surprisingly forgive her for all the fun given in her world before she and Clock Lady create a portal returning everyone back to their times. But to Hanako's surprise, the butler (who was also a victim and his name revealed to be Taro) remains explaining though he was the first person to hear the myth, he never regretted his stay with Hanako as part of confessing his love to her. The embracing is followed by Jinpei ends up getting Hanako's Y Medal (along with the Mystery Y-Medal and Clock Lady's Command Y-Medal "Let's Play".).

The YSP Club are happy that they have finally solved all the Seven Academy Mysteries and they go to report their success on Y-Channel, but Sandayu suddenly notices an article where it mentions that there is another set of mysteries called the Twilight Seven. Meanwhile, one of Ranto's members at the student council notices that he is stunned at the YSP Club's success, taking note of the YSP Watch on the presentation.
