Plot[]
A mysterious and beautiful girl has transferred to Y-Academy, putting the whole school in an uproar since morning. The transfer student and the YSP Club meet face to face, and she is somehow "suspicious." Her name is "Kuka Nanamo" and she was assigned to the class of "2-A", Ranto's class. For some reason, she cares about Ranto. Now, there is someone that cares about her. Mataro is melodramatic to Kuka. When Jinpei realizes that Mataro wants to show her around the school, he forcibly drags him over to Kuka and Mataro invites her on a tour of the school. However, Kuka declines Mataro's invitation and shortly after, Kuka goes to visit Ranto.
Kuka is alone with Ranto, and he shows her around the school. There, Kuka's feelings are portrayed, revealed to be actually Kumako who was previously expelled from Y-Academy. She returned with tremendous effort to help Ranto by changing her identity. She exercised hard by creating her own diet machine, burned all her fat, hence her taller appearance (twice from last time). Now reborn as a different person, Kumako returns to Y-Academy as Kuka Nanakumo while thinking, "I want only Ranto to know who I am."
We get more backstory to Kumako and Ranto during their elementary school years. They both went to the same elementary school. Although she could afford it when she was in elementary school, Kuka couldn't eat the Onimori Burger. Her constitution had changed and she had become a small eater. Ranto eats the rest of the burger she left behind, which shocked her, remembering she once did the same. Meanwhile at the Discinplinary Tower, Nayu became aware of Kuka's existence through a report by Vice Chairman Chiyo Fukuda. Chiyo says she "treats transfer students" because she can't get in the way of mind control. Irritated by Nayu, who doesn't have a short temper, Chiyo says "Don't hold a grudge against me if I get her expelled."
Kuka reminiscences about her elementary school days. Ranto and Kumako were both hiding under shelter from the rain. When she held up the umbrella, Ranto's shoulders got wet. Ranto's shoulders won't get wet if she snuggled up close, but Ranto distances himself from Kumako under the umbrella. It was Kumako who missed it. When the rain comes up, there's a double rainbow that appears. Kuka notices that Ranto's shoulders aren't wet, and she notices how close she is to Ranto, which makes her heart start pounding in her chest. Underneath Mera's umbrella, he forcibly enters Gyu-Gyu. Fubuki clung to Mera snugly, and asks if he's alright with it, and that if he liked her. Mera asks Fubuki if she knows who that girl is, pointing over to Kuka, to which she didn't.
Kuka became overwhelmed by the current situation she was in, and runs off. Kuka is away from Ranto and is crying alone in the corner of the school building. What appeared there was Chiyo Fukuda, the vice-chairman of the Student Disciplinary Committee. At Chiyo's unusual appearance, Kuka realizes that she is being possessed by an alien. Kuka wears a device that resembles the Alien Watch, a device known as the Alien Specter Vacuum that sucked out aliens possessing others. The operation method seems to be the same as that of the Alien Watch. When she points the device at Chiyo, the alien that was possessing Chiyo pop out. Then Ranto saw what was ocucrring and approached Kuka, causing her to concentration due to Ranto's arrival, and the alien escapes, which it then possess a stray dog that is nearby. Ranto transforms into Mist Shadow and defeats the alien possessed dog and the alien, receiving mystery and command medals.
Kuka asks Ranto why he helped her, and he said that she reminded him of someone from sometime ago. Nayu appeared and was interested in the device that Kuka wielded, which she used to try and suck the alien out of her body, but she was unable to. Suddenly, Mataro hears a loud scream and goes searching for Kuka, and because of that Nayu then decides to leave. When Chiyo regains consciousness, she seems to have no memory of being possessed. On the roof, Ranto asks Kuka about the situation, to which she introduces him to the Alien Specter Vacuum. For some reason it can only be used by her, and she wants to help Ranto defeat the aliens. Ranto questions her on why she wants to help, which she couldn't say why at the moment, but that he should put her on the student council.
Ranto thought for a moment, and then allowed her to be on the student council, but said that she shouldn't act on her own like she did before. After that, Ranto walks away and Kuka notices that a double rainbow appears in the sky. Kuka reminiscences of that time before of a double rainbow, and vows that no matter what form she takes, that she'll fight alongside Ranto no matter what. Away from Kuka, Ranto notices the double rainbow and realizes how beautiful it is. And then suddenly, Kuka starts chasing after Ranto from his comment on the double rainbow.
