U Medals (Japanese: Ｕメダル Yū Medaru) are Yo-kai Medals designed specifically to work with the Yo-kai Watch U. They greatly resemble Z Medals, only they sport a "U" design in the upper right corner where the Z Medals had the kanji for Zero.
There are 110 U Medals in Total and 2 E Medals.
U Medals are the standard Medal format used by Present Yo-kai, preceding the Normal and Z Medals in this function. Following the introduction of the Yo-kai Watch Dream, U Medals would later be succeeded by Dream Medals.
