Yo-kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars (Japanese: 妖怪三国志 国盗りウォーズ Yōkai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wōzu, lit. Yo-kai Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Kingdom Stealing Wars) was a collaborative mobile application between Koei Tecmo Games and Level-5 for iOS and Android devices. It was released in Japan on January 11, 2018. The game takes place within the Yo-kai Sangokushi universe.
Service for the game ended on September 28, 2023.

Yo-kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars introduced a new rank that is exclusive to it. This rank is Rank Commander (Japanese: ランク将 Ranku Shō). One may think of Rank Commander as a version of Rank SS that is exclusive to this game.

- In January 2019, the developers unleashed a publicity stunt for Yo-kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars where many images of Yo-kai in the game were replaced with images of real-life actors. The purpose of the stunt was to use shock factor to gain publicity for the game during its first anniversary, trying to get people to install the app.
