"Fumi-hime has become a Youma Choujin with the power of the Union Watch. Though she wields freezing ice powers, her devoted love melts people's hearts and drives back the darkness that threatens the world."
Youma Choujin Fumi-hime has the appearance of Katie wearing Blizzaria's outfit. Her kimono is pale, but has hearts instead of bubbles. Around the waist is a purple sash that has a golden ornament, which match with the pink sashes located above it. She is wearing bluea zōri that has golden laces. Her hair is now white, she is wielding the Union Watch on her wrist. Katie's pink bow replaces Blizzaria's Glacial Clip. A rainbow ghostly flame is also on her forehead.
Youma Choujin Fumi-hime appeared in the "Youmajin Special Edition ~Youma Shin vs Chimera Watch~" event that lasted from January 17th, 2024 until January 31st, 2024. There was a chance of befriend her in the limited Crank-a-kai, she gave the damage and defense bonus & nullification of Fever gauge drain on Bunny Eat boss stage located in the Desolate Sakuragi Hills (Decisive Battle) (Japanese: 荒れたさくらぎヒルズ （決戦）,Areta Sakuragi Hiruzu （Kessen）) map.
