Zoey (Japanese: 酒井静香 Sakai Shizuka) is a student in class 502 and a classmate to Nathan and Katie.

Zoey appears to have pale skin. She wears a pair of glasses with rectangular frames, the rims being blue. Underneath her glasses, her eyes appear to be black. She has short brown hair and it is accompanied with small bangs that are parted in the middle. She wears a blue and white hoodie alongside a blue skirt. Underneath the hoodie, she is seen to be wearing a purple shirt.

Zoey is very curious about others, causing her to frequently follow those whom she finds suspicious. She's fascinated by ghost stories.

Lina[]
Initially, under the influence of Suspicioni, Zoey finds Lina suspicious and starts to secretly follow her. When the player defeats the Yo-kai, Zoey and Lina strike up a friendship over a mutual love for ghosts. In Yo-kai Watch 2, the two form the Ghost Club where they investigate rumors at night in hopes of meeting a Yo-kai.
Nate/Katie[]
The player mostly seems to join Zoey's and Lina's adventures to protect the two of them from aggressive Yo-kai. They end up forming a good friendship.

Yo-kai Watch[]
She is involved in the Sneaking Suspicion request mentioned above. Afterwards, she and Lina will hang out in Triangle Park at night, and she will give the player requests involving ghost stories.
Yo-kai Watch 2[]
Zoey is part of the Ghost Club alongside Lina, where the two investigate local rumors involving ghosts. In Ghost Club at School, she investigates the school at night with Lina to find the source of the mysterious crying. In The Haunted Hospital, Zoey explores the abandoned hospital with Lina in hopes of encountering a yokai. In The Phantom Giant, Zoey and Lina investigate the rumor of a giant appearing at the newly constructed Sports Club. When the girls fail to see any ghosts, they give up on the investigation, only for the elevator to power down and take them to an abandoned construction site. The two end up meeting Massiface, the only Yo-kai they've been able to see, and after hearing his story decide to befriend him and promise to visit him.
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
Zoey and Lina return in the third game, in the quest A Ghost Club Odyssey, available at Hailey Anne's Detective Agency.

Lina mostly appears as a background character, similar to the rest of Class 5-2.

Zoey appears in ND030, in a quest similar to Chapter 10 of the first game and the quest The Haunted Hospital of the second game.
Trivia[]
- In Yo-kai Watch 3, Zoey has a Little voice clip like many other characters during some dialog. Hers is a mysterious giggle that is very reminiscent of the Boo enemies from the Super Mario series, which are ghosts and show Zoey's persona.
- She and Lina have seen more Yo-kai then any character who don't have a watch that also can't see Yo-kai naturally, that being 7 different Yo-kai.
