Zombie (Japanese: ゾンビ Zonbi) is a Drain-attribute Yo-kai introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3. It appears in Zombie Night.
Biology[]
A Zombie's appearance is green with several greenish hued splotches and are skinny. They have ghastly teeth, red eyes and have a pink glowing wisp on top of their heads.
In the Yo-kai Watch! anime, the Zombies don't have the pink wisps, and they have yellow splotches on their body, in addition to the green splotches.
The Zombie will relentlessly chase Nate when he enters the Zombie Night. They can be defeated by hitting them with the Doctor's Special Hammer when their backs are turned around.
Though they generally speak in a mixture of capital and lower case letters, a Zombie, named Mr. Z, could speak normally, much like fellow Zombie the Supermanager, implying that they may all be capable of doing so.

Yo-kai Watch 3[]
When the player enters Zombie Night, Zombies will be patrolling the area. The player must sneak up behind the Zombies and hit them with the hammer. If they see the player, the Zombie will alert other Zombies, and the player will be swarmed, making it almost impossible to hit them. This is why it's a better idea to hit them from the back. If the player is spotted but manages to run away from the Zombie's field of vision, the Zombie will stop alerting, and continue patrolling.

Yo-kai Watch![]
The Zombies appear in the "Nya-king Dead" arc that went on from episodes 3 to 6. The Zombies can turn other Yo-kai into Zombies, as they turned Manjimutt to Necromutt. In Episode 6, the Zombies turned out be fake, and they were just people in costumes. However, Whisper was bitten by a zombie Wazzat that was unfortunately a real Zombie.
Trivia[]
- The Zombie may have been inspired by the appearance of ReDeads from the Legend of Zelda series, specifically their incarnation in the Wind Waker.
